Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and booking rides in accordance with our demand response programs. You will work closely with our Broker Services department staff to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities Answer phone calls and book rides in accordance with demand response programs, including Medicaid NEMT, 5310 Grant Program, and general public demand response Respond to inquiries from the general public and provide information about our services Support and assist Broker Services department staff as required Assist the Broker Services Manager with volunteer driver coordination and scheduling as needed Perform other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of education and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position. The following qualifications are required: High school diploma or equivalent Two years of experience in customer service Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with a diverse population Strong verbal communication, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to maintain confidentiality inclusive of HIPAA requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google products, and RouteMatch software Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a call center environment Knowledge of demand response programs and transportation services Experience working with diverse populations and communities Bilingual or multilingual skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent customer service skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth, learning, and development.
