Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and computer navigation skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls, and meeting performance standards. Additionally, you must have a quiet, dedicated home office space that is free from distractions and meets our technical requirements.EssentialQualifications: Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in bolthires Chrome and Windows 10/11 operating system. Ability to work in a 100% remote environment, with reliable internet and computer equipment that meets our specifications.
