Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Offer expert guidance on benefits administration, including plan options, eligibility, and enrollment processes. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. * Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer concerns, escalating issues as necessary. * Work closely with our benefits team to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related requests. * Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in customer service, benefits administration, or a related field. * Proficient level of English language proficiency. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles. * Knowledge of benefits administration, including plan options and eligibility requirements. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools. * Certification in customer service or benefits administration a plus.
