We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, celebrating our employees' differences and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment that encourages authenticity and fosters a sense of belonging.ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Insights Associate Director, you'll be responsible for:* Partnering with senior leaders to understand key business issues and using data-driven insights to inform brand experience strategies, messaging, and public relations. * Designing custom research in support of the Brand Measurement Trackers to yield actionable insights that drive brand strategies. * Guiding research agency analytic teams to perform advanced analytics that provides deeper insights and uncovers opportunities for the brand, including driver and correlation analysis, perceptual maps.* Leading a cross-functional team in preparing the Annual "State of the Brand" report that provides a holistic, enterprise-wide view of the health and strength of the blithequark brand. * Managing research agency partners for custom research projects from scoping to delivery, with a focus on uncovering insights that enhance brand perception and inform strategic communications for public relations purposes. * Partnering with the sponsorship team to identify relevant activations around the fans' needs and passions and measure their impact on brand associations and brand health.* Collaborating with the Corporate Social Responsibility team to conduct research and analysis that ensures our programs are meaningful, relevant, and impactful to society, and that they are implemented with excellence. * Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. What We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you'll need:* Eight or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.* Knowledge of media monitoring and analysis tools. * Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Designed small and large-scale research projects involving primary and secondary data collection. * Proven experience in conducting market research for PR purposes. * Analyzed data from multiple sources and provided insights and recommendations tailored to different functions and levels. * Experience with marketing communications and mobile, digital, and social media platforms.* Experience managing people and teams, either via direct reporting or influence. * Experience with both Consumer and B2B audiences.
