The Role As a Customer Experience Business Operations Analyst at blithequark, you'll be part of the Customer Experience (CX) Operations team, supporting the CX organization's growth and optimization. You'll work closely with the broader Revenue Operations team, interfacing with various stakeholders to build internal analytics that drive maximum value for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Supporting strategic and tactical initiatives, serving as the primary CX Ops point of contact for data, reporting, and analytics questions * Collaborating with the CX team to build and maintain internal analytics, reports, and dashboards across all levels and roles * Analyzing, modeling, and forecasting Professional Services KPIs for internal and external resources * Managing CX team inquiries and ad-hoc requests across data, reporting, and analytics * Improving customer data points and running projects to ensure data integrity What You'll Bring To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * A passion for data, user experience, and automation * Strong customer service attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and modeling, with experience with DBT a plus * Advanced Gsheet and Gslides skills, Tableau reporting expertise, and basic Salesforce reporting skills * Reliability and attention to detail * Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to concisely articulate complex issues and solutions to different audiences * 3-5 years of relevant business experience What You'll Get As a valued member of the blithequark team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance Why Join blithequark?
