As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in conducting high-volume outreach to new and existing members, driving increased enrollment and program completion rates, and delivering exceptional customer support. This is a full-time remote role that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team and make a real impact on the lives of our members.Key Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Associate at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Actively conducting outreach via phone, text, and email on a daily basis to engage with new and existing members Successfully completing over 100 outbound calls per day to drive enrollment and program completion rates Enrolling at least 25% of all connected leads into our programs Ensuring that at least 25% of all connected members take a class within one week of engagement outreach Maintaining a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 1-3 years of experience as an inside sales representative, call center customer service representative, or health coach Effective communication skills, with the ability to empathize with and actively listen to our members Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and customer service software (we use Insightly CRM and Zendesk) Strong organizational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of work while maintaining quality interactions Critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information and apply previous experiences in new contexts Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we would love to see the following preferred qualifications: Experience working in a role that involves direct daily interactions with older adults, such as in a senior living community, as a fitness instructor, patient advocate/coordinator, or in a member-facing role within a digital health startup A passion for working with older adults and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and data Ability to work independently and as part of a teamCareer Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with opportunities for career growth and development.As a Customer Experience Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in customer support, sales, and health coaching, and to take on new challenges and responsibilities as you grow and develop in your role.
