The Role As an Experienced Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for selecting and packing orders for our online customers. You will work with technology to accept orders, find products in the store, and pack them ready for our customers to collect or have delivered. You will also be trained across all departments, including replenishment and service, and will be required to work where the store most needs your support.
