The RoleAs a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company online, engaging with customers through live chat to provide accurate information about our dealer clients' products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:###Key Responsibilities* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.* Provide detailed information about our dealer clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing. * Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and dealerships. * Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our dealer clients to generate revenue from their website traffic. * Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences.* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the automotive and recreational vehicle industries. ### Qualifications* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
