This role involves interacting with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be expected to provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and phone, providing accurate and comprehensive information to customers, resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Communication: Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone in all interactions, communicate clearly and concisely with customers, and ensure proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation in written communication.Technical Assistance: Assist customers with technical issues related to products or services, provide step-by-step instructions and troubleshooting support, and ensure that customers are satisfied with the solutions provided. Documentation: Record customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records, update customer information and issue resolution details in the CRM system, and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on blithequark products, services, and policies, continuously improve knowledge of industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to provide exceptional customer support.Quality Assurance: Follow blithequark guidelines and standard operating procedures, ensure compliance with customer service standards and protocols, and participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve performance and knowledge. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in customer service and technical support, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
