Identify customer needs and provide complete and accurate information to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. Process transactions, submit research requests, and maintain a thorough knowledge of our company and client programs, policies, and technology. Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner, adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure that information is disseminated only to authorized individuals.Provide support to other positions and operations during heavy workloads or absences, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively and flexibly. Essential Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to submit to a background check and drug test. Must be able to work a full-time schedule, including 10:15am to 7:15pm, any day of the week. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease. Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in clear and concise terms.
