This team needs to maintain its office structure to provide these life-changing opportunities for BIPOC students, and an experienced executive office manager is the addition this team needs for success. Position Summary:We are looking for an experienced, inspired Executive Office Manager to serve our client as an integral piece of cultivating organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of executive administration, prior experience supporting a board of directors, and a passion for customer service.The ability to self-start, coupled with a natural ability to be flexible and handle anything that might come their way is a must. Our client wants to collaborate with someone who will ultimately allow them to move out of the weeds and into a space where not only their professional time is best spent but they can achieve and maintain a healthy work-life balance. This role is hybrid, requiring up to 90% of work hours to be in the office, as such proof of Covid-19 testing will be required. Ideal Teammate Checklist:• 7 years experience in executive support• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)• Continuous improvement, documentation, and policy implementation• You have a passion for education, non-profits, and community service• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent• Board Liaison experience (required)• bolthires Workspace• Blackbaud• Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms• eTapestry is a plusWhat You'll Do and What to Expect:• Be the go-to team member when it comes to building and implementing a new system that will help streamline the business• Managing meeting and appointment schedules, travel arrangements, filing system, email correspondence, financial reports, and office supply inventory• An autonomous working environment, direct communication, and upheld to a high standard• Overseeing and supporting all administrative duties in the office while ensuring the smooth operation of the office tasks• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and presentations• Basic bookkeeping tasks• You will provide direct Executive support to the Executive Director• Liaising with the Board of Directors, and maintaining all communicationCompensation Details:• $68-72k/annually• Full medical, half dental/vision insurance• Amazing PTO benefits• 2 weeks off during winter/spring break, Thanksgiving• 2 weeks off during the summer• All Federal holidays offWe want our right fit to start as soon as possible, but we will spend the necessary time to make sure it's a great match for everyone.We move as fast as you do.
