Executive Assistant, Social Media & Influencer Partnerships (Hulu)
About the position Hulu's marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the VP of Social Media & Influencer Partnerships. This role involves a variety of administrative and supportive tasks in a fast-paced environment, requiring a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Responsibilities • Handle complex scheduling responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail., • Support the full social department with various tasks including opening social handles and processing contracts., • Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries., • Prepare and manage expense reports., • Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, securing and planning space, and facilitating content development., • Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items.Requirements • 1+ years of administrative experience in entertainment., • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail., • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects., • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs.
