Event Operations and Logistics Manager
Job Description:• Own the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of high-impact external events• Successfully lead planning and execution for 3 large-scale external conferences• Execute 6 medium-small scale external events• Create a repeatable events playbook• Plan and execute CoinTracker’s presence at crypto conferences• Partner with the Enterprise, Partnerships, Executive Business Partner, and Marketing teams• Build scalable event systems and operational processesRequirements:• 6–8 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or program management• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multiple mid-to-large-scale events end-to-end• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills• Proven track record of operational excellence• Communicates clearly with cross-functional partners• Composed under pressure• High EQ; represents CoinTracker confidently• Curious and growth-minded, seeks feedbackBenefits:• equity in CoinTracker• medical insurance• dental insurance• vision insurance• 401(k)• life insurance• PTO Apply tot his job
