Estate Planning AttorneyA well-established Florida law firm is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join its growing team in the Kendall/Dadeland area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to handle sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters while enjoying remote flexibility and long-term growth potential within a supportive, client-centered practice. What You’ll Do• Advise clients on comprehensive estate and wealth transfer strategies, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.• Draft and implement customized estate planning documents for individuals, families, and business owners. • Oversee trust and estate administrations from inception to completion, including probate and fiduciary accountings. • Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and fiduciaries to provide integrated client solutions. • Contribute to firm growth through mentorship, client development, and—if desired—management of junior team members. What We’re Looking For• Licensed and in good standing withThe Florida Bar.• 3 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. • Experience in team leadership or management is a plus. • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple matters independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service.
