About the positionAs a Customer Service Associate at TP, you will be responsible for responding to all customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. This role requires you to be a good listener and to work with confidential customer information sensitively. You will aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
