About the positionResponsibilities• Provides input regarding study design, necessary statistical analysis and epidemiological interpretations of the research. • Preparing written reports, manuscripts, and presentations for talks and posters. • Initiates, designs, and implements epidemiological analyses supporting the research project. • Works with PI and study coordinator to maintain and update regulatory documentation. • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor.This may include participation in required training. Requirements• Master's Degree required in Epidemiology. Doctoral Degree preferred. • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience is required. • Knowledge and ability to use and teach complex epidemiologic research methods for assessing the risk of disease in humans due to potential risk factors. • Ability to clearly describe methods applied and study findings with research collaborators. • Advanced knowledge in computer programming with experience with advanced multivariate statistical methods.• Knowledge of statistical software including SAS, STATA and R. • Previous experience with '-omics data' desired. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to obtain and maintain a T1 public Trust.
