As a member of our Operations Support Center (OSC) team, you'll receive fully paid training, including industry certifications, and hands-on experience with various technical platforms. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including virtualization, networking, data protection, Windows, disaster recovery, Linux/Unix, and infrastructure.Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic environment. With a focus on professional development and education, we'll cover the costs of relevant technical certifications, such as CompTIA, A+, and Network+. As an IT Support Associate, you'll be responsible for handling client tickets and questions, performing daily shift walks, routine audits, and remote hands requests.
