Responsibilities As an Entry-level Data Entry Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Accurately inputting and updating data into our database systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, and resolving discrepancies and inconsistencies. * Organizing and maintaining electronic files and documents, adhering to company data security policies and procedures. * Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy. * Performing routine data cleaning and validation tasks, and conducting data analysis to identify trends and anomalies. * Generating reports and summaries from the database, and assisting in the development and implementation of data entry procedures. * Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, and adhering to company data security policies and procedures. * Resolving data discrepancies and inconsistencies, and continuously improving data entry processes. * Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. * Maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry, and adhering to company data security policies and procedures.
