Key Responsibilities • Accurately input and update various types of data into company databases and systems. • Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or omissions, making necessary corrections to ensure data integrity. • Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with internal protocols. • Perform regular data quality checks and assist in maintaining clean and up-to-date databases. • Adhere to strict data privacy and security guidelines (e.g., GDPR) when handling sensitive information. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data discrepancies or workflow issues. • Complete daily tasks and projects within established deadlines and quality standards. • Participate in training sessions to learn new software, systems, or data entry procedures.
