The Role As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as trade requests, money movement, online support, and more. Licensing Preparation: In the first months, you will prepare to become a licensed professional by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses. This includes paid study time and access to valuable resources like licensing coaches and workshops. 2. Skill Development: In the following months, you will handle more complex customer calls while dedicating time each week to connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network. 3. Proficiency: As you gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, you will explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career center.
