Enterprise Applications Architect

Job Description:• Designing and managing the architecture of the organization’s IT systems• Defining and maintaining the architecture for all major SaaS and custom enterprise applications• Ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and futureproofing of the application portfolio• Leading the design of scalable, secure, and efficient integrations across platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS)• Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify technology needs• Guiding the implementation of IT initiativesRequirements:• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with deep expertise in SaaS platforms• Proficiency in enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Snowflake and Microsoft 365• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in enterprise systems• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and citizen development enablement• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, and integration frameworks• Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2)• Proven experience in application rationalization and custom application development• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Benefits:• Voluntary healthcare coverage in countries where applicable• Paid time off to recharge and spend time with loved ones• Open Mentoring Program designed to create meaningful connections that support growth Apply tot his job
