Director - CRM Solutions (Life Sciences)Long termLocation: US West Coast preferred-Is it remote/Onsite- can be eitherClient: PharmaPay rate: Market/DOEPosition OverviewLead transformational CRM initiatives for pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare organizations. Drive end-to-end omnichannel platform implementations while partnering with commercial leadership to optimize sales strategies and operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Client Partnership• Partner with pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare companies to enable comprehensive CRM platform transformations• Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop data-driven sales strategies, enhance productivity metrics, and drive tool adoption across sales organizations• Lead global CRM transformation programs and initiatives for pharmaceutical partners• Drive business development activities, including SOW preparation, proposal development, and executive-level client presentationsPlatform Implementation & Integration• Design and implement end-to-end omnichannel CRM platforms with seamless integration across the commercial ecosystem• Architect system integrations connecting CRM platforms with complementary commercial applications• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, including HIPAA, GxP, and other industry standards• Manage complex data integrations involving third-party pharmaceutical datasetsOperational Excellence & Analytics• Support operational teams in executing sales campaigns, speaker programs, national sales meetings, and comprehensive reporting initiatives• Collaborate with analytics teams to implement advanced segmentation, call planning optimization, roster management, territory design, and field reporting capabilities• Oversee data management strategies with a focus on master data governance and stewardship practices• Develop sophisticated reporting frameworks using SQL, Tableau, and other analytics platformsTeam Development & Mentorship• Mentor and guide the career development of team members and colleagues• Foster knowledge sharing and best practices across CRM implementation teamsRequired QualificationsEducation & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in consulting or industry roles within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare sectors• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM and Salesforce CRM solution design, implementation, and optimizationTechnical Expertise• Data Management: Minimum 8 years of comprehensive data management experience• Master Data Management: Minimum 8 years in master data management and data stewardship practices• Analytics & Reporting:Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and data visualization tools• Development Skills: Strong programming capabilities in Apex, Salesforce Flow, JavaScript, and HTML• System Integration: Proven experience integrating CRM platforms with enterprise commercial applications• Third-Party Data: Experience with pharmaceutical data loading, validation, and reporting processesProfessional Certifications & Skills• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)• Exceptional client-facing communication skills (written and verbal)• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsSpecialized Experience• Patient CRM Platforms: Implementation and Optimization Experience• Advanced Analytics: Machine learning, predictive modeling, and AI-driven insights• Digital Marketing Solutions: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva Approved Email implementations• Content Management: Veeva Vault knowledge and implementation experienceAdditional Certifications• Advanced Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)• Veeva certifications• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.)Best Regards,Tajuddin MTalent Acquisition SpecialistPhone: 703-439-1031Email: [email protected]: www.technogeninc.com4229 Lafayette Center Dr, Suite 1880, Chantilly, VA 20151 Apply tot his job
