Job OverviewAs a Digital Resources, Products, and Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and disseminating legal information resources for refugees and other displaced persons.You will work across departments to simplify complex information and make it actionable for those who need it most. This role involves user research, content strategy and design for diverse audiences, managing our legal information site, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our content remains accurate and relevant. Key Responsibilities:• Design strategy and coordinate production of multimedia content on various legal topics, working with partners to ensure content aggregation and sharing with bolthires audiences.• Develop and/or manage internal systems related to content updates and resource accessibility. • Oversee day-to-day management of one or more of IRAP's online platforms targeted towards displaced persons and related stakeholders. • Support efforts to make IRAP's legal information channels more accessible in terms of disability inclusion (e.g., compliance with Section 508) and language diversity. • Support departmental and cross-departmental efforts focused on audience research. • In conjunction with the Evaluation and Learning team, monitor key analytics and utilize data to improve campaign performance.• Perform other duties as assigned. EssentialQualifications:• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content design and project management. • Demonstrated experience coordinating with partners for content development and dissemination. • Demonstrated experience with marketing and/or behavior change communications. • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and best practices. • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Premiere Pro. • Strong organizational and communication skills.• Fluency in English. • A sense of curiosity, a desire to learn, and a commitment to IRAP's mission and values. PreferredQualifications:• Experience conducting UX/UI and other forms of user research, ideally in low-connectivity contexts. • Product management experience. • General experience working in low-connectivity environments, with users with limited literacy, and/or users with limited English proficiency. • Fluency in a language spoken by one or more of our client groups (such as Spanish, Arabic, French, Pashto, Dari, Kreyol, or Tigrinya).• Applicants with lived experience with displacement and/or digital accessibility issues are strongly encouraged to apply.
