OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise, account management skills, and a passion for technology. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs. • Manage a designated territory, ensuring effective territory management strategies are implemented. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and account management. • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets. • Engage in B2B sales activities, focusing on technology sales and technical solutions. • Provide upselling opportunities to enhance customer value and drive revenue growth.• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Qualifications• 3 years experience in buying or sourcing for fashion, working experience in the buying of brands would be a plus;• Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or direct sales roles in Fashion industry. • Strong background in B2B sales with a focus on technology or retail sectors preferred. • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.• Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage potential clients. • Experience in account management or territory sales is a plus. • Exceptional communication skills combined with a customer-centric approach. • A proactive attitude towards lead generation and business development initiatives.
