Sales and Promotions: Promote Delta Airline products, services, and loyalty programs to customers. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products such as travel insurance, preferred seating, or premium amenities.6. Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Delta Airline website, mobile app, or online booking tools. Assist customers with navigation, account login, password resets, and other technical inquiries to ensure a seamless user experience. 7.
