OverviewAs the Data Conversion Engineering Manager, you will lead and develop a team of data conversion engineers while driving the strategic direction of data conversion services.This role combines people management, operational excellence, and technical leadership to deliver scalable data conversion solutions. You will be responsible for building team capabilities, optimizing processes, managing resource allocation across projects, and ensuring the delivery of data conversion products and services that exceed client expectations and build trust in our solutions.
