As a Data Architect, you will define and implement the architecture, standards, and best practices for scalable Data Hubs that support analytical, reporting, operational, and Generative AI use cases. This role requires strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, and the ability to guide engineers, shape data governance, and ensure system scalability and performance.Job Responsibilities• Designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable, efficient data models integrating multiple sources in the form of Data Hub• Defining patterns, templates, and best practices for data engineering• Establishing data governance, access policies, and security frameworks for data layer / Data Hubs• Ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and processing of large-scale datasets• Preparing project documentation in accordance with internal procedures and processes (One Essentials)• Preparing solutions for streaming and batch data ingestion, transformation, and updating models• Implementing automated data validation, anomaly detection, and proactive issue resolution• Working with engineers, analysts, and AI/ML teams to align architecture with business needs• Maintaining comprehensive architecture documentation and mentoring engineersRequired Skills• Fluency in English• Strong expertise in Azure-based data platforms and Databricks• Deep knowledge of Databricks (primary tool), bolthires Lake, Apache Spark• Experience with dimensional, relational, and NoSQL models• Strong background in data policies, lineage, and compliance• Proficiency with Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, Event Hubs• Experience with bolthires/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes/AKS, Docker• Ability to define strategy, mentor engineers, and drive adoption of best practices• Great ability to create and maintain clear architectural documentationWhy Us?• We are one of the fastest-growing large tech companies in the world, with offices in 50+ countries across the globe and 219,000 employees• Our company is extremely diverse with 165 nationalities represented• We offer the opportunity to work with colleagues across the globe• We offer a virtual-first work environment, promoting a good work-life integration and real flexibility• We are invested in your growth, offering learning and career development opportunities at every level to help you find your own unique spark• Life insurance• Private medical care• MultiSport Card• Subsidy for glasses• Subsidy to language courses• Christmas and holiday bonuses• Clear career path in a growing multinational organizationSeniority level• Mid-Senior levelEmployment type• Full-timeJob function• Information Technology• Industries: IT Services and IT ConsultingWarsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland Apply tot his job
