Role DescriptionAs a GTM Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer and support solutions that enhance and empower the user journey. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and iterate on scalable technical solutions that drive meaningful business impact.This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help ensure our GTM systems are robust, adaptable, and aligned with Dropbox’s broader goals. In this role, you’ll be supported and empowered to grow while contributing to impactful initiatives across the GTM Engineering team. You’ll build on your existing experience, take ownership of key projects, and have opportunities to expand your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. ResponsibilitiesDevelop full stack applications that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience initiativesContribute to the design, build, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performing systems and integrationsUse AI-driven tools and data workflows to enhance automation, personalization, and operational efficiencyCollaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams including Data Engineering, Product Engineering, and Communications & CollaborationContribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy for GTM platformsGuide junior/intern developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellenceRequirements5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of building and maintaining reliable software systemsProficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in implementing scalable backend solutionsFamiliar with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React and Node.jsWrites clean, high-quality code, effectively navigates large codebases, and contributes to code reviewsDemonstrates strong ownership and problem-solving skills, with a focus on aligning work to team and business goalsEffective communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsUnderstanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systemsExposure to Go-to-Market (GTM) platforms and related business processes like Content Management Systems such as AEM, Salesforce, Marketo and related platformsCompensationUS Zone 1This role is not available in Zone 1 US Zone 2 $147,300—$199,300 USD US Zone 3 $130,900—$177,100 USDThe range(s) listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE (On-bolthires Earnings) for this role, subject to change.Please note, OTE are for sales roles only. Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (bolthires included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
