We're now seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Manager to in the Central/West region, working remotely to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.About the RoleAs a Customer Experience Manager with IQVIA, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to engage healthcare professionals, PAs, C-Suite leaders, and other key customers within a large geography. Your mission will be to present clinically focused selling messages, provide essential customer service, and drive revenue growth while consistently delivering product goals. You'll be the "account orchestrator," leveraging digital tools to create a cohesive customer experience and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities• Grow 100-200 key Synvisc accounts through proactive account management, developing pull-through plans, and disseminating promotional materials via phone, email, and direct mail. • Manage existing contracts to ensure ordering aligns with tier pricing structures and place customer orders. • Prospect new business opportunities, create new customer agreements, and maintain account maps and contact tools. • Analyze impediments to performance, guide teams towards solutions, and utilize digital and data analytics to inform decision-making.• Leverage innovative tools and technology to enhance the learning experience and assist others in adopting new technology solutions. • Conduct live C-Suite meetings when necessary, with up to 10% travel required. Essential Qualifications• A minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience. • Account management experience in Orthopedics, Medical Surgical, or complex account selling. • Proven success in complex markets with diverse customer segments, operating with a high degree of integrity.• Experience influencing customers using virtual tools and resources. • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams, drive business solutions, and adapt engagement styles to customer needs using AI and/or digital tools. • Strong commercial business acumen, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and innovative thinking capabilities. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop key stakeholder relationships. • Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain an acceptable driving record.Preferred Qualifications• A minimum of 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). • Experience with Power BI and Veeva CRM. • BA/BS Degree required. • Fluency in English. Our compensation package is competitive, with a potential base pay range of $90,000 - $130,000, depending on job-related qualifications and experience. Incentive plans, bonuses, and other forms of compensation may also be available.
