Job Description:• Author course materials (reading lessons, slide decks, hands-on guides). • Design assessments (quizzes, challenge labs, mock exams). • Record video lessons or demos. • Advise on curriculum structure and learning objectives. • Provide peer review to ensure technical accuracy and instructional quality. • Produce clear, well-structured content aligned with certification standards or industry best practices. • Break down complex topics into approachable learning steps with real-world examples.• Iterate on materials based on learner analytics and feedback. • Collaborate asynchronously with Manara team members, designers, and fellow SMEs to deliver polished LPs on schedule. Requirements:• Demonstrated expertise in at least one relevant domain (professional experience, certifications, or published work). • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. • Familiarity with instructional design principles, technical writing, or prior teaching experience (formal or informal).• A growth mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring diverse learners.
