CRM Administrator – HubSpot

We are seeking a CRM Administrator to manage, optimize, and evolve our HubSpot CRM environment. This role will play a critical part in streamlining sales operations, supporting marketing initiatives, and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot CRM. • Manage system configuration, workflows, automation, and integrations with other enterprise tools. • Maintain user roles, permissions, and system access, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Develop and deliver end-user training, process documentation, and provide ongoing support to sales, marketing, and operations teams. • Monitor and maintain data quality, performing regular audits and implementing data governance best practices.• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Project Management teams to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and sales reporting. • Build and maintain custom dashboards to track KPIs, sales performance, and client engagement metrics. • Partner with Marketing to align CRM workflows with lead generation, nurturing, and campaign reporting. • Support lead assignment, territory alignment, and standardization of CRM processes. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, adoption, and scalability.• Stay current with HubSpot product updates, features, and best practices, recommending enhancements aligned with business objectives. • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with project management and ERP systems. • Serve as an internal CRM champion, promoting adoption and best practices across all departments. Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field. • HubSpot certifications (CRM Implementation, Sales Software, Marketing Hub, or Operations Hub) preferred.• 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot CRM Administrator or power user with admin-level responsibilities. • Demonstrated experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or CRM process management. • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, client relationship management, and data-driven forecasting. • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation. • Experience integrating HubSpot with ERP or project management systems is a plus. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and training skills with both technical and non-technical users.• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
