Overview20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.We are looking for an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant who specializes in brand protection, Seller Central troubleshooting, and catalog setup. The client is currently experiencing issues related to brand rights access, including unauthorized sellers listing products without approval and Amazon not recognizing correct brand ownership. The VA will begin by resolving these issues through structured case handling, Brand Registry coordination, and listing corrections. After the brand identity and account health are restored, the role may expand to full Amazon account management, listing optimization, and PPC support.The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor. Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:• Brand Rights Recovery & Unauthorized Seller RemovalInvestigate unauthorized sellers offering the brand without approval. Gather and organize all evidence needed to prove brand ownership (trademark docs, invoices, GS1 info, product photos, etc.).Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support and Brand Registry Support. Request enforcement against unauthorized sellers and incorrect listings. Assist with brand protection programs (Brand Registry, Transparency, Project Zero) as applicable. • Amazon Seller Central Issue ResolutionAudit the current Amazon Seller Central setup. Fix configuration errors, identity verification issues, backend listing problems, or access limitations. Communicate directly with Amazon support, escalate cases, and follow up until issues are resolved.Ensure the account is compliant and fully functional. • Listing Creation & OptimizationCreate new listings and variations with accurate product information. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and listing SEO. Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and images. • Catalog & Account ManagementMaintain listing health and fix suppressed or flagged listings. Monitor Buy Box, pricing accuracy, and catalog consistency. Assist with order management, returns, and performance metrics.• Amazon PPC (Optional If Needed)Set up and manage PPC campaigns. Perform keyword harvesting, bid optimization, and performance analysis. Create reports on spend, ACOS, ROAS, and overall ad performance. Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. SkillsThe Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:• Proven experience handling Amazon Seller Support and Brand Registry Support cases.• Strong understanding of brand ownership protection and unauthorized seller enforcement. • Experience setting up or managing Amazon Brand Registry. • Knowledge of listing creation, optimization, and Amazon SEO. • Familiarity with flat files, catalog troubleshooting, and suppressed listing fixes. • Experience with Amazon PPC is a plus. • Strong English communication skills, especially in writing clear case notes to Amazon.
