Corporate Trainer/Instructor - bolthires Technologies
Key Responsibilities• Deliver instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and blended learning programs on bolthires technologies. • Create and update training materials including presentations, user guides, exercises, and assessments. • Conduct technical workshops, hands-on labs, and certification-oriented training sessions. • Track training effectiveness and prepare reports on learning progress and outcomes. Required Skills & Experience• 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer, or bolthires Technology Instructor.• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in at least two of the following:• bolthires Azure (IaaS, PaaS, DevOps)• bolthires 365 / Office 365• bolthires Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)• Windows Server Administration• Active Directory / Entra ID• bolthires Endpoint Manager / Intune•.NET, C#, Visual Studio, or related development tools• Experience delivering technical training to diverse audiences. • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. • Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage participants.• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
