Corporate Counsel — Technology & Commercial (Remote)Salary: $160,000–$210,000 + BonusLocation:Remote (U.S.)About the RoleAligned Talent Acquisition is partnering with a rapidly growing technology company seeking a Corporate Counsel to support SaaS, commercial contracting, and enterprise technology transactions. This attorney will work closely with business, engineering, procurement, and sales stakeholders. Responsibilities• Draft, negotiate, and manage SaaS, cloud, licensing, professional services, and vendor agreements• Support enterprise sales contracting, including MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, SLAs• Advise on data privacy, IP, information security, and risk mitigation• Partner with product and engineering teams on new technology initiatives• Streamline contract processes and optimize templates and playbooks• Provide strategic guidance on commercial deal structures• Collaborate cross-functionally across IT, Sales, Procurement, and OperationsQualifications• JD + active bar license• 5+ years of experience with SaaS and commercial contracts• Strong understanding of privacy, IP, and technology contracting• Experience supporting enterprise sales teams preferred• Ability to work in a fast-paced, business-focused environmentContact [email protected](216) 710-5174alignedtalentacquisition.comlinkedin.com/in/devney-ayers Apply tot his job
