In this key role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of property acquisitions and real estate transactions—from due diligence through closing—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.You’ll coordinate with Legal, Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, and Business Development teams, serving as the central hub for all deal activity. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated, and infrastructure-focused environment where precision and communication drive success. Key Responsibilities• Manage all aspects of property acquisition and disposition transactions, from initiation through close. • Oversee due diligence, title and escrow activities, and document management for multiple concurrent deals.• Track milestones, contingencies, and closing deliverables to ensure smooth execution. • Prepare, review, and organize purchase agreements, closing statements, and related documentation. • Serve as liaison between internal teams, brokers, attorneys, and external stakeholders. • Maintain transaction trackers, dashboards, and compliance records in internal systems. • Ensure all activities comply with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).• 5+ years coordinating commercial real estate transactions (utilities, infrastructure, or public sector strongly preferred). • In-depth knowledge of title, escrow, and closing procedures with the ability to resolve exceptions efficiently. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ERP/CRM tools, and document management systems. • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail. Preferred:• Experience supporting multi-property or regulated transactions.• Working knowledge of California real estate practices, zoning, easements, and environmental reviews. • California Real Estate License or Paralegal Certification a plus.
