Your job is not just to make calls – it’s to build rapport, listen carefully, and create trust. You’ll be responsible for generating warm leads for our acquisitions team by having meaningful conversations that uncover seller needs. Responsibilities• Make outbound cold calls daily to property owners (leads provided). • Engage sellers in meaningful conversations, focusing on rapport and trust. • Identify motivation and gather key details about the property and seller situation. • Accurately enter and update lead information in our CRM system.• Work closely with acquisitions specialists to hand off qualified leads. • Follow company scripts while also thinking creatively to overcome objections.
