Cloud Solutions Architect

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will help enterprise customers successfully deploy and integrate our platform by designing and implementing scalable architectures on cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise (HPC, VM) environments. Your work will ensure seamless adoption, directly contributing to how global engineering teams design and deliver products. This is a unique opportunity to be at the intersection of engineering and AI, working with top-tier clients worldwide while shaping the future of industrial innovation.What you will do• Design and implement scalable deployment architectures for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless integration into their IT environments. • Deploy and manage cloud, hybrid, and on-premise infrastructures using Kubernetes, Docker, Singularity, and other containerization tools. • Act as the primary technical contact for customers during onboarding, deployment, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term satisfaction. • Respond to IT and security assessments, addressing compliance requirements across security, networking, and data privacy.• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Platform teams to refine deployment processes, improve scalability, and deliver customer feedback into product improvements. • Create and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and implementation guides to support both internal teams and customer enablement. Who you are• Education:Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). • Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience deploying enterprise software in cloud and/or HPC environments.• Technical Skills (mandatory): Production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and/or Singularity.
