About the role: The Clinical RBT Trainer will assist in the development, implementation, and execution of onboarding programs for our new clinical hires. This individual will also provide support to new clinical hires, as well as on-going training, continuous learning, and support to clinical providers that are already placed in the field. What you’ll do: • Partner with clinical and training leadership to develop both onboarding and continuous learning programs • Assist in the development of key performance metrics to measure the success of your programming • Utilize key performance metrics to track new hire and ongoing training performance • Continually modify training materials and programs to align with Sprout’s business and hiring needs • Collaborate with and provide recommendations for training and development needs to Lead BCBAs and Clinical Leadership per the BCBA guidelines • Deliver high quality and high impact training to set up our new hires and current staff for success What you’ll need: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required • Graduate work in related field (ABA, education, training, etc…) preferred • Experience, knowledge or interest in pediatrics, autism, behavioral health or similar field (previous ABA experience preferred) • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential and delivery of ABA therapy experience preferred • Previous experience developing and delivering training • Familiarity with the US healthcare system • Detail oriented and excellent written communication skills • Basic knowledge of HIPAA compliance and privacy measures • Strong customer service skills and demonstrated telephone etiquette • Previous experience with applications such as Call Tracking Metrics, Salesforce, Google Workspace (Google docs, Google drive, Google Sheets) preferred About Sprout In addition to our clinicians and supporting departments, our company is built around four cross functional teams (spanning operations, product, marketing, business development, etc.): • Demand - Deliver top notch products and services to our growing number of families. You’ll work with families to understand pain points and optimize the patient journey from first contact to start of care to offboarding. • Supply - Own and manage the relationship with our clinical practitioners. You are responsible for the growth of our clinician ecosystem by attracting, recruiting, and retaining high quality autism care providers. • Platform - Build tools and provide services to optimize and improve the delivery of clinical care. You’ll help match the right provider with the right family, coordinate clinical care, and develop digital therapeutics products. • Quality - Improve the quality of care delivered to our families. You’ll ensure that we provide strong clinical outcomes, develop training platforms to level up our providers, and maintain compliance with a variety of payor and regulatory requirements.
