Client Onboarding, Compliance & KYC/Due Diligence Lawyer (B2B Platform)

Weare currently looking for aCompliance &Onboarding Lawyer (KYC/ Due Diligence)tojoin one ofour new projects. SKILLS &EXPERIENCE:Law degree from areputable university; compliance-related certifications are aplus. 3+years ofexperience inregulatory compliance, AML/KYC, orgaming industry law. Strong knowledge ofinternational AML/KYC frameworks and due diligence procedures.Experience ininteracting with regulators and licensing authorities (Curacao, Anjouan, Cyprus). Familiarity with White Label and Turnkey models inthe online gaming sector isanadvantage. Excellent English (advanced level); Russian/Ukrainian isaplus. Detail-oriented, with ability todesign and implement internal procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Developing and implementing client onboarding procedures for White Label and Turnkey projects. Conducting client checks against internal policies and regulatory requirements.Monitoring applicable laws and regulations inlicensed jurisdictions. Supporting licensed entities incommunication with regulators. Collecting and verifying documents for clients and partners (KYC/AML). Liaising with compliance officers ofbanks and PSPs. Performing legal due diligence onclients and partners (reputation, litigation, sanctions, tax risks). Preparing and maintaining internal AML/KYCguidelines. Training employees oncompliance-related matters.
