E.L.F. BEAUTY is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client and Project Record Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate records of client interactions and project statuses to support our mission of providing high-quality beauty products at an affordable price. Your efforts will help ensure that our teams have access to the information they need for effective decision-making and project management. As a pivotal member of our operations, you will work closely with various departments to ensure clarity and consistency in our client communications.You will be responsible for inputting data into our systems, tracking project milestones, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and confirm necessary information. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential to your success in this position. If you are passionate about beauty and possess a knack for organization and data management, this is the perfect opportunity to contribute to a vibrant and innovative company while furthering your career in the beauty industry.Responsibilities• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project details. • Input and update data into the company’s database system. • Track project milestones and serve as the point of contact for project status updates. • Assist in organizing client files and documentation for easy access and retrieval. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for projects and clients. • Respond to inquiries regarding project statuses and client records in a timely manner.• Generate reports and summaries as needed to support management decisions. Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business administration or related field preferred. • Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a client-facing environment. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. • Proficient in bolthires Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management software. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and clients. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
