Chief Technology & Integration Officer (CTIO)

SRC is seeking a visionary, deeply technical, and highly strategic executive to design, build, and scale the TrueDNA platform — a unified data ecosystem powering fleets, OEMs, insurers, municipalities, and national partners. This leader will oversee all platform architecture, data pipelines, AI integrations, vendor systems, app development, risk models, and fleet intelligence components. You will own the entire technology backbone of SRC and will be responsible for creating a scalable, secure, future-proof ecosystem that supports national and global expansion.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlatform Architecture & Ecosystem Design• Architect the end-to-end TrueDNA intelligence platform, including data capture, telematics, driver analytics, fleet operations, and insurance-grade reporting. • Design a hardware-agnostic system that normalizes inputs from multiple sources and vendors. • Build a scalable, cloud-native data infrastructure capable of supporting large fleet deployments. Systems Integration Leadership• Oversee all third-party technology integrations without revealing external vendor identities externally.• Ensure seamless data flow into TrueDNA’s core engine, analysis engine, fleet console, and risk modules. • Create strong API, ingestion, and data-governance frameworks. AI, Data Science & Predictive Modeling• Lead teams developing driver scoring, vehicle health scoring, micro-collision detection, and predictive maintenance models. • Advance EV analytics, battery health evaluations, and route optimization models. Enterprise Product Development• Oversee the development of internal dashboards, partner portals, fleet management consoles, and mobile apps.• Implement UX/UI best practices for enterprise and fleet customers. • Deliver products suitable for insurance carriers, OEMs, fleets, dealerships, and national accounts. Leadership & Team Building• Recruit, lead, and manage engineering, data science, DevOps, and product teams. • Create processes, documentation, and development cycles that support rapid scale. • Serve as the senior technology executive on the leadership team. Security, Compliance & Reliability• Ensure compliance with U.S. data, automotive, telematics, OBD, and privacy regulations.• Build a secure data infrastructure suitable for sensitive enterprise integrations. • Oversee uptime, monitoring, failover systems, redundancy, and system reliability. QualificationsRequired Experience• 10+ years in senior technology roles within telematics, mobility platforms, automotive data, insurance telematics, connected vehicles, or AI-based platforms. • Proven experience architecting complex, data-heavy, multi-integration systems. • Expertise in API design, data normalization, cloud engineering, and large-scale data ingestion.• Prior leadership in telematics, fleet management, IoT, AI/ML, or automotive SaaS platforms. Technical Expertise• Strong understanding of OBD-II data, telematics, and vehicle diagnostics• Experience with real-time data ingestion & distributed systems• AI/ML: Computer vision, predictive modeling, anomaly detection• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP• Data security, compliance, and system hardening• Mobile app ecosystem experience (iOS/Android) is a plusSoft Skills• Visionary with the ability to architect at scale and build systems that last.• Exceptional communicator capable of translating complex technology into business strategy. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives. • Strong leadership presence with the ability to collaborate with investors, partners, and enterprise clients.
