Welcome to Maropost and you can turn ideas into action!The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and financial direction to our customer first organization. We are looking for a firsthand executive with a proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. The successful incumbent will lead the organization through its ambitious growth goals, has a bias for taking initiative and action, and will play an active role in positioning us for the future. What You'll be Responsible For:• Lead the Finance organization developing a strong culture and high operating standards and provide direction for budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.• Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reporting materials and metrics for the Executive team; prepare and communicate monthly and annual financial statements. • Manage budgeting and the implementation of budgets, monitor progress and present operational metrics. • Monitor operating costs, identify areas for cost efficiency and implement innovative solutions. • Develop plans forward for revenue growth and optimization. • Create procedures, controls, and systems to collect and provide the necessary financial data in accordance with company standard.• Engage in and take lead in M&A – related initiatives, managing the acquisition and integration processes. • Oversee all facets of tax planning and management ensuring compliance on all global tax filings. • Function as the company representative in managing the relationships with external banks, financial institutions, and other parties. • Lead the IT department, ensuring technology strategy and security align with business and financial objectives. Oversee IT budget, investment decisions, and risk management.• Other strategic projects including system implementations as decided by the company. What You'll need to bring to Maropost• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. • 12 + years of experience in a senior finance role with a minimum of 8 years' experience as CFO• Proven success in B2B SaaS, PLG models, and multi-product global environments, ideally with $80M+ in ARR. • Strong experience in scaling finance operations in high-growth, global settings (multi-entity, FX, transfer pricing).• Demonstrated expertise in building scalable financial systems, automation, and AI-driven processes. • Excellent analytical skills combined with a keen focus on details and accuracy. • Proven records of partnership in business financing (equity, debt, etc.)• CPA required• Ability to align key stakeholders toward a common goal, drive results and facilitate change. • Advance proficiency in financial software. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Demonstrated passion and experience in incorporating AI into software platforms and every day workloads to improve automation and enable extreme efficiency.• You exemplify Maropost’s Values:• *• Customer Obsessed• Extreme Urgency• Excellence• ResourcefulMessage from the Founders: Maropost is looking for builders - people who want to drive our business forward at all costs in order to achieve the goals we have both short and long term for the results and outcomes that that will bring to us all.
