Job Summary:WIDE AWAKE Life Coaching is a pioneering company dedicated to innovative coaching and therapy for teens, young adults, and parents.We're seeking a talented life coach trained in NLP or Hypnotherapy to. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our founders to deliver exceptional results and help us scale our business. Responsibilities:• Providing intensive support to your 10-15 ongoing clients• Coach 20-30 clients per year, providing personalized guidance and support to help them achieve their goals• Guiding Parents with a weekly 20 minute Parent Coaching Call• Being open minded and rigorous in learning and applying of the methods and training of Wide Awake’s Coaching Process• Collaborative with our founders to develop and refine our coaching process, offering suggestions for improvement and growth with an open mind• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new content and strategies• Create engaging TikTok and IG Reel content to spread our message and promote our services weekly• Help manage our client roster, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining our 30-client cap per coachRequirements:• Willing to work 1pm - 8pm PST (weekday)• Willing to work weekends (if preferred)• Life Coach certification or licensed Counselor or Social Worker• Experience working with teens, young adults, and parents• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok and IG Reel) and content creation• Willingness to learn and adapt to our innovative coaching process• Open-minded and receptive to feedback and suggestions for improvement, leaving your ego at the door• Fun, enthusiastic, and optimistic attitude towards your work, your clients, this company, and the amazing impact you will haveWhat We Offer:• Starting pay at $108 an hour with opportunities to grow in the company of up to $105,000 per year based on performance and growth• Opportunity to work with a innovative company in the coaching and therapy industry• Become an integral part of an incredible team of amazing coaches• Unique Training and Gaining of Skills• Collaborative and supportive work environment• Professional development and training opportunities• Flexible scheduling and remote work optionsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $74,920.00 - $119,880.00 per yearExpected hours: 15 – 40 per weekBenefits:• Flexible schedule• Professional development assistance• Wellness programApplication Question(s):• Can you work hours 2pm to 8pm PST?We work with Teens after school hours.
