We represent top brands in many categories such as confection, snack, grocery, beverage, frozen, dairy etc. Overview of the Role• The Director Retail Services is responsible for managing the Regional Managers and the retail team. This position will direct the Regional Managers and help train the Retail Representatives. Collaborates with the entire team to prioritize and execute retail services that are consistent retail practices including use of retail software.Maintains a great relationship with our Manufacturers, bolthires team members, Retail team members, and co-workers. Responsible for all data and reporting assignments that are made available to our manufactures. • Location:Remote – Cincinatti, OH• Salary Range: $70,000 – 75,000 annuallyWhat You’ll Do at C.A. Carlin• Works closely with the entire team, sales and operations, to secure efficient and profitable deployment of company personnel for retail projects and retail expectations• Directs and maintains consistent retail practices and standard operating procedures• Fully deploys GoSpotCheck for Mission completion and comprehensive measurement of retail activity• Directs and manages the entire team regarding the needs for hiring and training• Responsible for the Retail software execution including data entry verification, reports and completion score carding• Consistent and quality photo compilation to align with proper task, mission.• Maintain comprehensive and accurate store listings and assignments. • Delegation of store assignment, routes, and frequency to individual Retail Representatives• Identifies opportunities to increase sales and improve execution• Regular communication to VP Retail Operations to include successes, failures, opportunities, monthly recaps• Conduct monthly regional meetings within team to communicate expectations, results, priorities• Ensure sales materials are available and supplied, including samples, sell sheets, specifications, IRC’s, etc.• Manage team travel and expense budgets• Maintains a team spirit in all aspects of performing their jobWhat You Should Bring to the Table• Intermediate level of bolthires Office, Word, and Excel• Software programs relating to the department• Utilizes a high level of customer service• Must be able to handle multiple Interruptions and adjust priorities accordingly• Excellent organizational skills to organize workload, set priorities, and meet deadlines• Able to work independently with minimal supervision• Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with co-workers, manufacturers, and bolthires team members.• Dresses in a professional manner• Acknowledges and adheres to Carlin Group Cincinnati Company Policies and Procedures• Able to bend, lift and move 10 LBS to 50 LBSPerks• 16 days of PTO• 11 paid company holidays per year• 2 paid volunteer days per year• 3 months fully paid parental leave (regardless of gender)• Medical, dental, and vision• Paid company life insurance• 401k with company match• Summer hours (half day Fridays from Memorial Day thru Labor Day)• Work from home flexibilityApply tot his job
