This role offers a rare opportunity to work closely with the founding team, shape our go-to-market strategy, and build impactful partnerships in the Web3 space. Key Responsibilities• Lead high-impact business opportunities and strategic partnerships.• Shape the future of yield-generating digital assets and play a pivotal role in driving Dera’s growth and broader FinTech ecosystem. • Identify and pursue high-impact business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the digital asset and DeFi ecosystems. • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with DERA’s mission and growth objectives. • Build, nurture, and manage relationships with key stakeholders—clients, partners, and potential investors. • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment between go-to-market efforts and core offerings.• Negotiate, structure, and close partnership and client deals that contribute to company traction and scalability. • Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, and report on BD outcomes to guide data-driven decisions. • Stay informed on industry movements, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in blockchain and digital finance. • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in the FinTech, crypto, or DeFi space. Qualifications• Strong grasp of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and digital asset infrastructure is a Plus.• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach and problem-solving mindset. • Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience with CRM tools and sales data platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). • A relevant industry network in the FinTech or Web3 space is a strong advantage.
