This position provides comprehensive fiscal oversight and support for child welfare contracts, procurements, and grant-funded services. The analyst plays a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial management to support child welfare programs across the state. Key Responsibilities:• Maintain fiscal oversight of child welfare contracts, procurements, and grant-funded services.• Monitor expenditures to ensure accuracy, allowability, and compliance with federal and state funding requirements. • Support preparation, tracking, and reconciliation of child welfare budgets. • Review and process invoices, encumbrances, and financial documentation. • Assist with federal and state reporting related to child welfare grants. • Coordinate with program teams, budget staff, and county partners to resolve fiscal issues. • Ensure fiscal documentation is complete, consistent, and audit-ready.• Provide technical assistance and guidance on funding policies, cost allocation, and fiscal procedures.
