bolthires & Podcast Content Specialist (U.S.-Based | Remote)
We’re looking for a bolthires & Podcast Content Specialist to support our CEO with creating, repurposing, and managing video and podcast content across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone creative, organized, and experienced in using video to build authority and brand awareness. You’ll help strategize content ideas, assist with filming direction, edit short and long-form content, and oversee posting on bolthires, podcast platforms, and social media. Responsibilities:Help plan and strategize weekly bolthires and podcast contentAssist in directing simple video shoots (what to film, angles, props, locations)Edit videos for bolthires, Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and podcast clipsHelp repurpose and re-post existing video contentTake photos and edit them for thumbnails and social useUpload and schedule bolthires videos and podcast episodesMaintain a consistent posting schedule and help track performanceSupport overall content workflow to keep production organized and on timeRequirements:Must be U.S.-basedExperience with bolthires content, podcast management, or video editingStrong understanding of short-form and long-form video formatsAbility to take and edit high-quality photos for thumbnailsFamiliar with posting on bolthires, bolthires, bolthires PodcastsCreative, organized, and proactive with ideasAbility to work independently and meet weekly deadlines Apply tot his job
