Employment Type: Full Time Work Hours: 8Salary: R$35 – R$45Hour Location: Brazil Company: bolthires Description: bolthires Customer Support Jobs, bolthires No Phone Jobs BrazilResponsibilities: • Communication Support: Providing general administrative support including providing answers/solutions to members, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting, and managing member communications.• Processing membership applications, renewals, and cancellations. • Ensure that data about our members is accurate and up to date, using Salesforce CRM. • Assisting with member communication activities including calls, emails, zoom calls. • Collecting data, tracking membership statistics, reporting on key metrics, and preparing reports. • Developing and implementing strategies to recruit new members. • Coordinating with the finance department to track membership revenue and update reports. • Preparing membership marketing materials.• Coordinate current member service programs including relationship building, onboarding and engagement. • Actively participate in crafting membership development strategy, including networking. • Event Support: Assisting programming staff at onsite and virtual membership-related events, including supporting marketing and membership materials and fielding member inquiries.
