Bilingual Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician (CARE)
About the positionResponsibilities• Providing exceptional customer service experiences each day in a phone based environment. • Utilizing sound drug knowledge to effectively assist patient questions over the phone. • Processing prescription information with speed and accuracy. • Responsible for billing patient medications accurately. • Maintaining patient records with strong attention to detail and confidentiality. • Serving as a liaison between the clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals on patients behalf.• Performing in a high volume, fast paced environment to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and meet clinical requirements prior to fulfillment. Requirements• Must be 18+ years of age. • High school diploma /GED required. • Prior experience in a pharmacy setting, preferred. • Must hold a current CPhT with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and be willing to register with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy. • Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a current certificate, required.• Ability to perform in an office-based setting that requires sitting in a cubicle 90% of the time. • Ability to work Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm EST. • Ability to conduct business in English and Spanish.
