The technical lead will also interact/co-ordinate with the offshore team on a day-day basis.• Along with the offshore Delivery manager provide governance regarding project progress and technical issues. • Review of technical specifications describing architectural enhancements and significant functional changes• Clear understanding of distributed computing, especially in databases• Experience with open-source technologies (Spark, Impala)• Analyze/debug analytic processes, working on Bigdata and Distributed Environment• Provide strong technical expertise (coding standards, performance, application design, scalability, and maintenance aspects)• Prioritize critical tasks and conflicting requirements with a high attention to detail.• Conducting detailed assessments to make the right decisions. • Work closely with the Project Managers on the planning and execution of program development activitiesRoles & ResponsibilitiesGeneric Managerial SkillsVery strong client facing skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and drive governance.
